Can i return my inno if i’m not satisfied?

Sure!

Somehow you're not 100% satisfied with your inno?You have 30 days from the date you received your inno to request a full refund\replacement.

For how long the battery can last?

Inno contains a 7200 mAh built in battery,so it depends which feature of it you use and for how long:

If you choose the lowest wind level without any other feature working, inno can last up to 24 hours continuously.

If you Choose turning on the LED light and\or diffuser without wind, it can last as long as 48 hours continuously.

You know your inno is fully charged when you see that the 4 green lights are on.

How high or low can inno be?

Inno can be as compact as 5 inches when folded, or high as 35 inches when extended.

Where can i take my inno?

You can take your inno ANYWHERE.

Inno can be folded and fit to almost any carry on, and can be adjusted to any hight between 5-35 inches.

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO TURN OFF ALL FEATURES + SPILL THE WATER INSIDE THE DIFFUSER TANK BEFORE YOU FOLD & TAKE THE FAN

How long does it take to charge the battery fully?

It takes about 4.5 hours to charge inno fully

How do i use the built in diffuser?

inno’s built in diffuser is located on the base of the fan.You can see how to use it in the user manual, but here are some key points:

*Pour only few drops of your favorite essential oil
*Pour water until you reach the middle hight of the tank
*Make sure the water are not spilled on the fan’s base
*Make sure to spill the water before you fold & take the fan

How do i use the remote control?

Inno can be used WITH OR WITHOUT the remote control:

WITHOUT- Just press the buttons to turn ON\OFF, or control the speed of each feature.

WITH- the remote control lets you turn on only 2 features: LED light & diffuser.You can also turn them off using the remote.

The remote control can’t turn the fan feature on- you need to press on the fan button located on the base of the fan and then you can control the fan levels using the remote + turning it off.

Can i clean my inno?

Of course you can.

Just click on the fan’s front cover 2 noticeable parts at the same time until it comes out.

You can clean the fan using paper towel or wipes. PLEASE DON’T USE WATER TO CLEAN THE BLADES.You can wash the cover with water, separately from the blades and the fan itself.
