- It takes 3-5 business days for the shipment to arrive to all U.S locations, using USPS\UPS SurePost

What's the issue?
- In cause you're somehow not satisfied with your inno within 30 days of receiving the product, please send us an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org for a replacement or a refund.
- In case you have a defect in your inno, please send us a description to: email@example.com
How to return?
- A return shipping address must be requested from our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the product\products. To request shipping address email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Any Returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).
- All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
- Your full name must be included along with your returned product.
- You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to inno.
- The refund will be issued, deducting the actual shipping cost.
- If you return the product to inno without all parts included in the original package, inno retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 15% of the original price of the product or the retail value of the missing accessories.
- Refunds will be processed and paid within 5-7 business days of inno's receipt of the product.
